What I expected to happen was...:
I would load a spectral arrow into my crossbow and the zombified piglin that I shot would start glowing

What actually happened was...:
I shot the arrow but the zombie piglin didn't start glowing and it just acted like I had shot a regular arrow

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Load a spectral arrow into a crossbow
2. Fire it at any mob and don't miss
