Hello. I want to report a serious issue, affecting Singleplayer Minecraft. Since 1.18, I get massive freezes everytime I load a new chunk. I played on my old 1.17 world when 1.18 came out and since most chunks were loaded there, I didn't notice anything weird.

But recently I started new worlds, going from 1.18 up to 1.19.2 and everytime I loaded new chunks, the game would freeze constantly. 

Multiplayer isn't affected as I've tested it multiple times. My friends and I have a Nitrado Server and it's working fine and smooth. But Singleplayer on the other hand is catastrophic.

Not sure what went wrong but the newest updates hit performance extremely bad. And it can't be my PC (at least mostly) as then I would freeze on Servers as well. My friend, who has a way more advanced PC than I have, also suffers from freezes in his Singleplayer worlds.

Anyways, I just wanted to share this as it destroys any fun for me while playing this game and I am forced to stop playing until this issue is resolved.
