Was playing on a 1.18 server and notices that this happened.

Went to single player 1.19 and found out that the exact same happens there.

I got redstone farms (piston + observer design).
Glowberries hang from the tob (obvious), so does the red nether vines and the green glow from bottom.

They grow fine for some time, the chest below gets loot from the farm.

But suddenly it stops growing, all the vines/berries have grown to piston block and wont grow any further.

i have to go into the farm, remove 1 block of the vine/berry for it to work again.

What can i do to prevent this?

Neither the 1.18 server nor my single player has touched the tick speed.
