Both Sprinting on/off & Sprinting Speed is somehow being directly controlled by my Laptop's GPU instead of by my controls.

My Avatar will frequently and/or often continue to slow jog when I attempt to Sprint.  Occasionally, and only at random, will my Avatar will proceed to Sprint at the proper sprinting speed.  Also, my Avatar may randomly Fast Walk, at times when I have not toggled or held the button for Sprinting.  I'm aware that if a Computer/Laptop is under a heavy enough load the game will run slower, but most the time the game is not running slower; just my Avatar is.  The GPU is not supposed to control when my Avatar Sprints, I am supposed to control that.  Please fix this to allow me to properly control when my Avatar does or doesn't Sprint, rather than my GPU.

I have tried to troubleshoot this issue  by four methods:, on my i7 11th Gen Intel Core, 3060 RTX  Nvidia GPU Laptop:

      1) I tried turning on Vsync; tuning this on made Sprinting an even rarer occurrence; my Avatar just walked most the time.

      2) I tried turning off the Low Latency, Ultra setting for my GPU; this had cause the number of random times my Avatar would speed up to the proper Sprint speed to be a slightly higher occurrence.

      3) I tried lowering my render distance; this had no effect on Sprinting.

      4) I tried switching Sprinting from hold to toggle; this had cause Sprinting to be at the expected speed the most consistent, though the speed is still very inconsistently switching between jogging speeds & the expected sprinting speed; a slow jog (occasionally), a faster walk (a tad more typical), & expected sprinting speed (somewhat occasionally).
