No sound output for Minecraft java opened from Minecraft launcher

i tried many ways to solve the issue

by reinstallations and total removal of app file

tried updating audio driver 

the bug only effect Minecraft java and not bedrock even after the volume setting are high /active  

only effects 1.19 and 22w42a

sound output works on 1.16, 1.17, 1.18
