Placing a block that doesn't take up the full block next to a snow layer (atop any block) makes the spot placed have a snow layer

      There's not much to explain, everything is shown in the video. But basically if you place a block that doesn't take up the full block (Lever, Top slab, fence, or wall), excluding light blocks, next to a snow layer of any size, it'll place a snow layer in the same spot as that block. I don't think it's intentional, because it has no use and makes no sense
