In this version, ive killed many illagers and have no around 10+ flags. And none of those guys which were captains got me bad omen effect. Also i don't understand that when my dog killed a illager, it gave me aswell no effect either. Its on hardcore mode so i went looking on google, but no one else have a solution. Ive tried everything, but it is just not working out.
