On the left side of the vindicator, the pillager, and the illusioner’s head is different from the right side of their head. Both sides of the evoker’s head is the same. This is not only in Java Edition, it’s also on Bedrock Edition. I can tell this is a mistaken texture because in Minecraft Dungeons, all the sides of the illagers’ head is the same.
