Every time I try to join a multiplayer server in 1.17+,1.18+ or 1.19+ I get an error message

saying: Permisson denied: no further information. I searched the issue on Google and Youtube and there were only fixes for io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException: Connection refused: no further information. I tried the fixes and they did not work. I have tried it on 2 devices one with windows 10 and one with windows 11 I do not know what to do anymore.
