Found a random grass block generating on top of tree, no village near area, and is not replacing leaves

What I expected to happen was...:
The tree generates normally

What actually happened was...:
Grass block is on the tree

Steps to Reproduce:
1. See attachment for seed and location.
2. Note: Grass block is only there on Java Edition
