I get this lag when i launch an elytra from Y-256/320.

During elytra descent, And reaching around Y-120 (Surface) nothing renders and i go through all the ungenerated blocks taking me to the void.

integrated server ticks are around 60-80ms. while flying.

and after removing elytra, game goes normal.
