Normally in Minecraft, when you break a block (in survival) the block should drop on the ground and you can pick it up.

But for some reason, when I break a block, it appears for split second then disappears and I can't pick it up. This was REALLY annoying when I mined a shulker box with the dragon egg inside and then I couldn't pick up the shulker box.
