Narrator hotkey is the same as toggling hitboxes.

      According to the 23w33a changelog, the hotkey for narrator is Ctrl+B. However, this causes problems as the hotkey for toggling hitboxes is also Ctrl+B. This seems to cause the narrator hotkey to completely not work.
