This has been failing since the Java 1.18 timeframe. I have had it fail in dozens of different games with different world seeds.

It simply never happens. I have tried at night in a completely enclosed collection of behives and bee nests, and there were extra bees, so I know for certain that all of the hives/nests were full. But the advancement simply doesn't occur.

Currently running Java 1.20.1 on Windows 10. I've tried many seeds in the ranges from 2900 to 4500ish. The most recent failures for me have been on seeds 3544 and 3471, but it doesn't work at all.
