UPDATE: ISSUE IS FIXED

Recently, a wave of players have seen the same problem: the Minecraft Launcher on all Mac versions has been unable to open. It seems it's a Minecraft-side issue as other launchers, such as Lunar, BLC etc. have been working. Practically you aren't able to open Minecraft launcher 

I'm unsure if this is the full report but I linked it below anyway..

Everyone drop in your launcher logs, this is found in system settings in your Finder. 
Once again, if you wish to play you can use a client until the issue is fixed^
