The bug

The third person camera treats minecraft:spawner blocks as fully solid opaque cubes and cannot pass through them.

I consider this to be a bug due to the fact that copper grates, which, like spawners, are a visually transparent lattice of metal, do in fact allow for the third person camera to pass through, making this an inconsistency in behaviour.
