1.20.2 corrupts servers

Version 1.20.2 fixed a lot of things that weren't bugs and shouldn't have been "fixed" at all.
Among these "bugs"
1. Resource packs are now automatically reloaded when switching between servers in the same network constantly, which is very annoying.
2. Changing the position of the armor stand with a marker,
which sits on the head (just an unnecessary fix that no one needed)
3. Processing of the principle of recording nbt subjects. Also an unnecessary change that makes multi-version support incredibly difficult.
4. This is more of a suggestion than a mistake. Add to the item display the ability to spin behind the body if there is a specific nbt,
when they are sitting on the user, in order to at least have a normal replacement of armor stands.

These "fixes" only spoiled the work of the server developers, so please cancel them in the next snapshots and sub-version 1.20.3.
