server.jar file appears to be 'corrupt'

      server.jar file appears to be corrupted and/or not functioning.

      What I expected to happen was...:
      Expected server to start as usual

      What actually happened was...:
      Does not load or run at all. Only warning is as attached.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Download jar file from Mojang update site
      2. Load into server folder
      3. start server, stops immediately
