      Inconsistent results when closing interfaces

When a loom, anvil, smithing table, workbench, enchanting table, grindstone, cartography table, stonecutter, or villager interface is closed, the items inside are placed into the player inventory and all items that do not fit in the player inventory are dropped.

When a beacon interface is closed, the items are automatically dropped regardless of whether there is space in the player inventory or not.

Inconsistent results when shift-clicking items into interfaces
Of the interfaces that are not shared between players, the beacon and merchant inventory types are the only interfaces you cannot shift click items into.

Here is a video showing this behavior: https://youtu.be/zECFQRW19GQ
