The Crossbow can be reloaded multiple times without firing an arrow.

What I expected to happen was...:
An arrow would fire, then I would be able to reload

What actually happened was...:
The crossbow reloaded again after I held right-click

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn on "Experimental Features"
2. Hold a Crossbow in your hand
2. Load the Crossbow
3. Release RMB and hold it down a second time
