      The Bug:

When pillagers load arrows on crossbows, the sound is controlled by the "Players" sound slider instead of "Hostile Mobs" slider.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Navigate to the "Music & Sounds" settings menu.
      2. Switch the "Hostile Mobs" sound slider to "OFF".
      3. Switch every other sound slider to "100%".
      4. Exit this menu, switch gamemode to survival and summon a pillager.
      5. Take note whether the loading and shooting sound can be heard.
      6. Repeat 2-4 with "Players" sound slider switched to OFF.
      7. Take note whether the loading and shooting sound can be heard.

      Expected Behavior:

Both pillagers' loading sound and shooting sound should be controlled by the "Hostile Mobs" sound slider.

      Observed Behavior:

Pillagers' loading sound is controlled by the "Players" sound slider.

This situation may happens because while pillagers attempt to load crossbows, they trigger the same sound event as players do.
