      Parrots with NoAI can dance to music discs, unlike axolotls. This relates to MC-253189.

      steps to reproduce

      1. /summon minecraft:parrot ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b}
      1. Put down a jukebox
      2. Select and play a music disc of your preference

      Observation: The parrot exhibits dancing behavior despite having NoAI.
      Expectation: The parrot should refrain from dancing when NoAI is active.
