I haven't had a chance to test myself, but with the introduction of Ominous Bottles, it would seem that raid farms are broken. Which stinks because that is how many players choose to get large amounts of redstone. While I understand that they are OP, it should be up to the player to decide if they want to use such a farm/contraption. As Minecraft is a sandbox game, we the players should have the options to play the game how we see fit. My suggestions to fix these issues is make it so that A) players automatically get bad omen if the raid takes place inside of the Woodland mansion bounding box. Almost like as a security measure of sorts. Another thing you could/should do is buff overworld structure spawns to compensate for the loss of rates from the 1.18 caves and cliffs expansion when worlds got deeper.
