Started new game and found a village, first time I did not remove all work sites but did notice this bug so started the same seed again

Second time starting on the same seed, went to the village, removed all worksites, villagers all lost jobs and became normal as they should. Left the game, only saving and exiting game to main screen, not closing the application, reopened game - some villagers had become farmers even though there were 0% no job sites available.
