      Soul Speed consumes durability in creative mode

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Obtain Soul Speed boots
      2. Walk on Soul Speed blocks

      Expected result

      Durability is not used on any items in creative mode

      Observed result

      Durability of Soul Speed boots is used in creative mode

      This bug was reported previously as MC-174464 but was fixed, so i don't think it should be a duplicate, unless someone has already reported this for 1.21 snapshots. I couldn't find a bug report from 1.21 snapshots and only found MC-174464 and its duplicates
