Bad Omen, Trial Omen, and Raid Omen all are neutral effects. However, Infested, Oozing, Weaving, and Wind Charged are considered negative. They all do not directly cause harm.

For example, one can use the Infested and Oozing effect to make a machine to produce slime balls, which is not exactly negative.
