Horses take fall damage to their own jumps

      In Java 1.20.6, it looks like horses take fall damage from anything higher than 3.5 blocks. Since most horses can jump higher than that, I'm wondering if this is intentional. If it is, it makes horses pretty useless. Can you clarify if this is intentional?
