The bug:
Bastion remnants may fail to generate gold blocks in certain places.
How to reproduce this issue:
The seed used in reproducing this issue is: 1086657978864571848.
The coordinates of the bastions are: (These are all treasure bastions, which make reproducing this issue easier)

Teleport to each of the coordinates and go to the back of the upper rampart, which contains gold blocks, which is usually at y=80 or above. Entering in spectator mode may be necessary.
Observed Result:
The upper rampart contains less than 7 gold blocks per half. Some gold blocks are replaced by air, polished blackstone, cracked polished blackstone, or just blackstone. Correct me if I am wrong.
Expected Result:
The upper rampart should contain 7 gold block per half.
