Mobs that can pick up items does not instantly pick up items when the player thrown at them like 1.7.10 and Bedrock Edition.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Keep summon the zombies until they can pick up items.
2. Give it an item.

Observed result:

The zombie pick up item have a delay.

Expected result:

The zombie would instantly pick up the item, like 1.7.10 and Bedrock Edition.
