Hello! I'm not sure if you can help with this bug, as it may be caused by one of my many mods. but if you are able to help me find a solution, that would be greatly appreciated!
but if you are unable to help due to my gameplay being modded, that is completely okay and i will understand, no worries<3

What I expected to happen was...:
when I right click with my shield in my off hand, attempting to block an arrow that a skeleton is about to shoot at me. the blocking animation does occur, but the arrow is never blocked.

What actually happened was...:
The arrow does not get deflected or any sort of thing. it just goes straight through the shield and hits me. it does durability damage to both my armor and the shield.
a side note, the only time the shield will ever block an arrow is the very first time i use a shield in a world. after the first block, its like the shield is unable to block arrows from then on out.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find a skeleton.
2. Attempt to block arrow with shield
3. Get hit by arrow because the shield does not work.
