The Bug

Rain sound continues to play after the weather is changed from rain to clear.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create a new world.
2. Set the weather to rain:

   /weather rain
   

1. Set the weather back to clear: 

   /weather clear

1. Listen as the rain sound continues to play after the weather changes.

Observed result

Rain sound continues to play when the weather is clear.

Expected result

Rain sound should not continue to play when the weather is clear.
