Relating to MC-251089 & MC-173400

As there's no official word if Mojang intends to add an open animation for Boats with Chests or Minecarts with Chests - the textures for boats shouldn't render the interior, nor should the texture include the interior.

The Rendering of Minecart with Chest in game - should cull the interior of Chest in the Minecart.

The rendering of Boats with Chest in game - should cull the interior of the Chest in the Boat
