Hoppers seem to push things in a different order after relogging. If I build a hopper line, and have dispensers dispense one item in each hopper, they arrive at the end of the line in the order of the hoppers that dispensed them. After I relog, however, the fourth item ends up arriving last. 

I do not believe that this is locational, as I have tested it in multiple locations. I have also tested it without the dispensers, by manually placing the items, and I get the same result.
