Starting with the 24w21a snapshot, all subsequent versions can still recognize datapacks, but the datapacks have no effect at all.

For example, I attached a datapack named test, put it in the datapacks folder, and use the /reload command in the game. If the datapack is loaded successfully, the system will feed back to the chat bar, but 24w21a did not show the relevant feedback

Later I also tried other datapacks, such as xklazy, xksmallmap, the same problem, the datapack was recognized, but the contents could not be loaded
