Today I've experienced a weird bug when playing Java 1.21-I switched to spectator mode from survival and fell out of the world, despite trying to move around. I was playing normal difficulty with commands active.

What I expected to happen was...:
When I switched game modes I expected to be able to fly around normally

What actually happened was...:
Despite me using my keyboard as normal, my character just fell out of the world and I couldn't move forwards or stop the fall

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open world in survival mode
2. Explore a cave (I was lost in a cave before I switched game modes)
3. Switch to spectator mode from survival
