I was on a singleplayer hardcore world. and have been looking for a village. I've came across multiple ruined portals, without the portal just netherrack and magma blocks. I then procceded to open up my seed in a new world and tp to where the portal was. And I used /locate to see if I could find a village or a normal ruined portal. When I did /locate it gave me the coords to a village but there was no village. I also tried locating and End City and a bastion and they didn't show up either.
