EDIT - upon further testing this is likely a bug with the Server itself, not the game. Please disregard.

While on a multiplayer game, hold 51 Stone in the cursor and click the Recipe Book search bar. This causes an overflow error which replaces all Stone Blocks within a 4 chuck radius with Oak Door bottoms and crashes the server when all of the doors break and drop entities.

It is unknown if this works with other items or quantities but it does not corrupt singleplayer games.
