The Bug
Creepers literally still explode when you actually just got out of its [redacted] blast triggering radius. Why can't they just diffuse?!? They are pathetic and weak
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Spawn a creeper
2. Go in survival
3. Run towards the creeper until it makes the hissing sound
4. Run away from the creeper until you are safe from it

Expected Result:
The creeper should not have blown up
Observed Result:
The creeper blew up
