Java edition crashes within 5 mins everytime. no weird sound issues or frame rate problems. just completely stops and gives exit code -107374079

I am currently running Iris and shaders, but even on vanilla i have the same issue. 

on an i7-13700KF

4070ti 

all drivers are up to date.
