so my game simply freezes and bugs from time to time

im expecting a good game with extremely low chances of freezing or and no bugs. i have a 700$ laptop and im playing with low end shaders and settings i have no other tabs open which means this can not be a hardware problem but software problem.
think my computer should play with fairly good performance and no bugs and freezes

What actually happened was...:
what happened was that from the start of me playing on java to this moment i have been playing minecraft with freezes quite frequently as in a 1 out of 3 chance of freezing every gaming session. Heres how it works is that at first it freezes then my whole screen turns black then it comes back to normal but not quite, see im stuck in last frame but the game is still running. the second thing is bugs, they happen a little less frequently but are as annoying the is when i was playing a HARDCORE world and i join the world and it bugs for a second

but heres the thing the game still runs even though i cant move so i see zombies in front of me and when bug stops bang they almost kind of  tp to me and im dead.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to any kind of game in minecraft server, creative, survival etc...
2. play the game as usual and wait for an 1h.
3. the bug happens and you have to close the minecraft tab relaunch it all over again.
