Doesn't occur on multiplayer/older versions of the game at all and not on other games so I l know for certain this isn't a hardware issue (1.7.10/1.8.9)

      Here's a list of what I've tried:

      Reinstalling the game.

Using optimizing mods: Sodium, Lithium, and every other mod out there

Nvidia settings (Control Panel): Tinkered with all of these including Threaded Optimization and saw no difference.

      Renamed GameBarPresenceWriter

Using V-sync and limiting my FPS to my monitors refresh rate - causes screen tearing and still problem persists

Putting my graphics all to lower settings (Even though my pc is more than capable)

Watched Task Manager and my CPU normally sits comfortably at about 30-40%

Changed all the settings that relate to making minecraft use my GPU

      Changed power management settings

Used - -Xmx4G -XX:+UseZGC -XX:+ZGenerational as an argument - this helps minimize it but not remove it

Allocated different amounts of memory (2gb, 4gb, 6gb, 8gb) and no matter what they all run very similar

So I'm very open to ideas and if anyone else is experinceing this problem. This is a brand new PC and it's super disappointing as the main reason I got this was to play java edition.

      Thanks guys
