      This is a vanilla parity report,relates to MCPE-185406

      In Bedrock Edition, the quantity of parrot loot is unaffected by the Looting enchantment.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Obtain a diamond sword: 
        /give @s diamond_sword 1
      2. Enchant the sword with Looting III: 
        /enchant @s looting 3
      3. Spawn a parrot: 
        /summon parrot ~ ~ ~
      4. Kill the parrot
      5. Repeat several times
