Bamboo stalks can be mined faster than bare hands by using an axe. This, however, doesn't apply to bamboo shoots, since they are not listed in the mineable/axe block tag.

How to reproduce:

1. Place two bamboo stalks and two bamboo shoots.
2. Destroy one bamboo stalk with your bare hand and one with an axe.
   → The axe destroys the stalk faster than the player's bare hand.
3. Destroy one bamboo shoot with your bare hand and one with an axe.
   → The axe makes no difference in the time it takes to destroy the bamboo shoot.

Expected result:

Using an axe to destroy a bamboo shoot would be faster than using any other item or a bare hand, like how normal bamboo behaves.

Observed result:

Using an axe to destroy a bamboo shoot takes the same time to destroy as using any other item or a bare hand.
