trial spawner splashing

What I expected to happen was...:
when trial spawner's CD is over, it should be back to active state

What actually happened was...:
trial spawner switch his state(active and cooldown)  constantly

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a trial spawner
2. give yourself bad omen effect
3. make trial spawner turn to ominous trial spawner

5.killed by a mob spawned from trial spawner

6.complete this trial spawner 

7.wait for it happen
