Bug in your ticket system, java version doesn't populate in version section! This report is for Java not windows! 

Happens any biome, any block close to clouds, they pass through structures, buildings, walls and inside of the structure clouds are visible. 

What I expected to happen was...:
On java Ver 1.21.3 clouds enter the building blocking view until they pass through which shouldn't be the case, clouds shouldn't pass through other blocks/materials. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Climb to mountain Y193 safe bet to experience the issue. 
2. Build an structure or make shelter in the mountain 

3. Wait for the clouds to pass through
