On Java Edition, whenever the player spawns or rejoins a world, you used to have 3 seconds of immunity to all damage except the void and /kill. Now you have none. Not sure if it was intentionally removed or not. Worked in 1.21.1 but not now.
Steps to reproduce:
- in survival mode build up 10+blocks high on land
- fall
- right before you land and fall onto the ground exit the game
- go back into that same world
Expected Result:
Immunity would keep the player from taking fall damage in that situation.
Observed Result:
Still takes fall damage
