The Bug:
Strings used to describe water and lava conversion gamerules are missing commas.
Within the English language, commas don't always need to be used however, they are typically used when a dependant clause (a clause that cannot stand alone as a sentence and needs to be joined with an independent clause to make sense) comes before an independent clause (a clause that can form a complete sentence standing alone).
With this string in particular, the dependent clause comes before the independent clause, therefore a comma should be used.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Display any of the affected strings as listed above by using the command provided below and replacing "XYZ" with the string's translation key.
/tellraw @s {"translate":"XYZ"} - Observe if the string contains a missing comma where appropriate.
Observed Behavior:
The said strings are missing commas.
Expected Behavior:
The said strings would have commas present where appropriate.
