In the latest Minecraft snapshot 25w02a, changes to observer mechanics have caused TNT and carpet duplication setups to stop functioning. These features are widely used by players, and their sudden failure negatively impacts many survival and redstone automation players. Many servers and players rely on these mechanics for efficient automation tasks.

Affected Features:

• TNT Duplication: Used for automated mining and resource gathering.
• Carpet Duplication: Provides unlimited fuel for systems like furnace arrays.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Build a standard TNT duplication setup (based on the common design using slime blocks and observers).
2. Activate the setup and observe that TNT is no longer duplicated.
3. Build a standard carpet duplication setup, activate it, and notice that carpets are no longer duplicated.

Expected Result:

• TNT and carpet duplication setups should function as intended.

Actual Result:
