Attempting to place Cave Vines, Weeping Vines or Twisting Vines on a block right below (Cave, Weeping) or above (Twisting) the respective blocks fails.

Steps to Reproduce:

Step 1: Place Cave Vines on a ceiling using Glow Berries.

Step 2: Attempt to place more Cave Vines below the Cave Vines block placed on Step 1.

Step 3: The vines do not place.

(Steps are identical for Weeping Vines and Twisting Vines, the latter with the vertical orientation reversed.)
