Unable to whitelist - 'method not allowed' and 'player not found'

      I run a java server with a whitelist, and have been able to whitelist quite a few people before having this error. It only happens for two users in particular, and the error messages for them are both the same.

      [Server thread/ERROR]: Got an error with a html body connecting to[ https://api.minecraftservices.com/minecraft/profile/lookup/bulk/byname:|https://api.minecraftservices.com/minecraft/profile/lookup/bulk/byname:] <html>
      <head><title>403 Forbidden</title></head>
      <body>
      <center><h1>403 Forbidden</h1></center>
      <hr><center>Microsoft-Azure-Application-Gateway/v2</center>
      </body>
      </html>

      [Server thread/INFO]: That player does not exist

      (It sends this exact same message three times per every whitelist attempt.) Upon clicking the link, it shows

      { "path" : "/minecraft/profile/lookup/bulk/byname", "error" : "METHOD_NOT_ALLOWED", "errorMessage" : "Method Not Allowed" }

      I haven't had this issue for any other players on the server, and I'm able to remove and re-add existing players in the whitelist without any trouble. I've restarted the server multiple times, also to avail.

      Currently I'm looking at manually editing whitelist.json with the players names and UUIDs however if there is a simpler fix that I'm unaware of I'd be very grateful.

      Thanks!
